I have received damage product of samsung refrigerator on 17th october 2020 .during the installation service person came and open the box and he notified that there is a big dent observed Service person has raised the request with photographs as proof and he has taken my signature and OTP I have also raised request from my side also. Till now 10 days completed it is not replaced and I have talked almost with 6 customer care persons alternate days as there is no update
