Swiggy-Food not delivered

I ordered a food nearly 2 hours ago @10:48 pm on October 28. The food have been delivered after replacement also(done by swiggy) . Customer care didnt figure out the solutions and they were unable to compensate my time. Very torturing situation of not having a food and no restaurants open at midnight. It is very disastrous.
