Bajaj finance ltd-Not providing noc and reply on emial

Dear team on 14-03-2020 bajaj finserv executive has called me and email me for my loan settlement I have paid all the amount telled by them rupees thirty thousand (30000) at the time of payment they told me that we will provide you NOC in next 15 days but till now they have not provided me my NOC and after 15 days I have reminding him again and again but they are not replying or giving me my NoC.
