Goibibo -Refund not provided

I booked a flight G8 406 from Jairpur to Ahmedabad (PNR: A714QM) for date of journey on 17 oct 2020 but the flight was cancelled by the airline. Hence, i have initiated the refund request and based on that the refund was provided by the airline (confirmed from the airline). However, the amount is not transferred to me by Goibibo and provided credit shell voucher. I need my money in my amount with convenience fee as i dont have any other plan to go anywhere.
