Tracon domestic courior -Damaged suitcase

I have sent one siutcase with clothes by tracon couier office near shivlal akhara sonari on 20.10.20 for ranchi. No receipt was given to us. They chare us rs 620 for ranchi. They have sent the suitcase by jet line courier . They suitcase was damaged while it reached the destination. Top surface was having deep crack about 1.5 feet. Now both tracon courier and jet line courier telling we are not responsible. More over jet line is telling it is the fault of tracon courier. How can i get my dues
