Lenova india private limited-I have got damaged product but they are not taking it return and not refunding me against

Dear , i purchased a laptop from Leno website order id is - 4296487019 for lenova ideapad flex 5 serial number is - R90Z48C5 . The laptop is very bad quality The following point of laptop I dont like :- 1.when i was purchasing the laptop the images are different from real 2. I Want to purchase a bigger size laptop but it is too small 3. The battery backup of this laptop is very bad. 4. I didnt get the Value of many 5. I didnt get the bill from my name 6. I received damaged product
