BSNL Landline-Landline Dead

Dear Sir, I got the landline Connection (No 044- 26591754) BSNL and most of the times the service does not work, improper line without voice clarity and ring sound to caller but does not recieve the call. I only end up paying monthly bills regular for this poor service. Very difficult to reach customer care as well. Its a ongoing incident and I dont invest anything separately other than bill so just mentioning the approx bill amount in those fields.
