Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.-Refund of Erroneously Made Recharge Amount

Ive Jiofi router having number 8433246459 which I didnt use since last one year. Yesterday night I recharged it with INR 298.00. Amount deducted but router not recharged. Today, I learnt that this number is allotted by Jio to someone else. When approached Jio twice for refund of money, their Customer Care Executives (Ms. Rishika & Mr. Priyam) denied outrightly for same. Since, Ive made payment successfully & not able to use it, I must get my back.
