Avita computers -Warranty breakdown of laptop and no resolution after two months

Company said they received the part more than a month and no one is available to replace the part on my laptop . I’m losing revenue at the rate of 50000 per 3 days due to this. Data worth 2 lacs is also unrecoverable due to substandard quality of product
