Onida-Defective product shipped

I purchased Onida 75L cooler on April 2021 from flipkart and within one month the cooler stopped working and since then I have raised multiple complaints against the product with the customer service team but of no use and technicians could not identify or fix the problem. It’s now more than 2 months but the solution is not yet done and cooler is not working. I need refund of my amount I paid for the product
