Icici Lombard-Policy Not issued/Cancellation request raised 10 days ago

I purchased a 2 wheeler policy from Icici lombard, salesperson sent me the payment link and asked to wait for few hours to receinve the policy copy. However, even after 3 days of pyament I did not receinve the policy and it was not even generated. I tried contacting the salesperson but she stopped picking up my call. At last I called the customer service, they asked me to send the alternate policy copy and cancelled cheque. I did the same and still the policy is not cancelled.Proposal 1963564739
