Videocon-Charging for repair/not repaired under warranty

First time, I had sought support from customer care regarding issues in the TVs LED panel on 9th Sep 2020 in response of which a Job card was issued that too charging Rs 500 even the product being in warranty period. The technician came and told that we will mark that the LED Panel needs to be changed. But after so many follow up calls, each customer care representative of Videocon gives same response that the product delivery is approved, dispatch has not been made and we are sending e-mail.
