Travo look travel-Not refund failed flight booking ticket

I have book a flight ticket on 21 jun 2021 using travo look travel flight booking agent but airline decline the booking and fund was debited. Then I m countinously flowup for redund with travo look travel customer care but every time given me next date to be refund with refno-515994936
