IFB and maytree traders-IFB AC

I purchased a IFB AC on 26th May 2021 which became bad within 1 and half months we called IFB service centre many times they are not responding two people came to check they just come and see does nothing about the problem. They are not repairing it neither replacing it. Its been 20 days its a nuisance for the customer. Please see into it
