Big Bazaar had delivered Wrong product Despite repeated complaints not responding to me.-Wrong product delivered

I have ordered Joyo plastic table from Bigbazaar online shop vide Order no. 804518787 on 14th July 2021. But they have not delivered the said product. I have complained about it through customer care 3 times, but every time the Bigbazaar Bhangagarh Guwahati ignored my complain.
