Mobile phone reseller-Fraud resseler

I have order a phone i.e Oneplus 9 Pro which cost amount 24999 and paid the shipping cost of 650 in advance. The item was COD and when the item was reached and I have to paid the courier 24999 and when I opened the item they have sent Apple Iphone 5s which the cover and the screen were replace with Apple Iphone 12 Pro Max (Duplicate). I jave ask for the repalcement and they cant replace it and ask for another 2000. I asked for the refund and told me to wait 7 days.
