Flipkart -Order cancelled without proper intimation

I ordered an item on 17th October on a sale which had a discount of about 8000.The product was supposed to reach me by 22nd,it had reached the town on 21.I tried to reach the hub and procure it’s phone number, called flipkart many times but they only kept on extending my date for solution.Today morning,I received a message that my order has been cancelled.Nobody called me.I suffered a lot of mental stress during these days.if i have to re order,have to do it at an increased price for their faul.
