Boat-Non-replacement of warranted damaged product

I purchased Boat Airdopes 131, on 12 february this year. Around april its call functionalities started malfunctioning. So I registered a complaint on boat site and subsequently a pickup and replacement were issued. But even 3 months later, I have not received my product replacement. The aftersales service is disgusting. Mails are not replied, calls not taken.
