Swiggy -Worst Services By Swiggy

I ordered through swiggy with a Ref# No 86201579218 and delivery executive calls me and says that some other executive has picked the order before him and then swiggy team calls and says that they are not able to track so they are cancelling the order at 11.15pm and I even cannot order as per Lockdown rules. I asked for an alternate arrangement of food. but denied. Worst services. I need an additional compensation for not able to have dinner due to them
