Policybazaar-Policy cancellation not processed and EMI charged

I happened to take a term policy of iciciprulife from policy bazaar on 27 Jan 2020 and paid first EMI of rs. 2207. I was advised that I can cancel the policy any time in 30 days. When I tried to reach them for cancellation, they delayed it eternally and no cancellation was happened. Now the policy is in lapsed state. On 17 a bulk amount of rs.10448 was charged without my consent. I requested immediate cancellation and refund but no action so far. Policy #op3006215
