Indian maritime university ,kolkata-fee deducted for admission and admission not taken

applied for mba program in indian maritime university and for counseling paid amount of 10000 and further for admission paid amount of 25000 but did not take admission and also college did not provide me receipts of payment that i have done .for last 5 months i am requesting them for refund through mail but no reply has been given .
