Flipkart-Received an entirely different product from the one that I have paid for.

I have ordered Bata Loafers on Flipkart and made a payment of Rs.1061/- while placing the order. I have received an entirely different product at the time of delivery. I have even captured a complete video of unboxing for safety reasons. I have raised multiple issues on Flipkart application which were marked as resolved by the back end team without even providing the resolution. None of the customer care representative is able to help me in getting this issue resolved.
