Electricity department Ludhiana -Online Scam

I am looted on Telegram app by Nita username @zmr773 She looted me initially by inviting to paytm shoppy mall saying Rs 60 will be paid by merchant on registration and then asked to top up 100 Rs. After that she kept blackmailing me and forced me to topup 700 more. Now she is asking 1509 more to withdraw my money. Please help me out to get my 800 atleast. I dont need any commission
