I am Rahul Sinha, I m student of The ICFAI University ,Dehradun (2017-2021).I complaint a money fraud against Dhamendra Rathi and she wife Rubi Rathi nd Daughter Nandini Rathi Nd Vandini Rathi ..On 12th September 2020 i go my Dehradun for college nd examination purpose ..on 13th September usually i m college student so i go to rathi fooding point near my college to eat food after few days i paid to ₹1000 on 21 september to rubi rathi to give me 2 time food on next 26th Sep 2020 rubi rathi come
