Razorpay -Refund of premium not recieved

Purchased policy from sbi general insurance by paying 3457 amount from banks debit card.after few days after reading documents requested for policy .cancellation and refund. My bank account closed on 18th Jan on my request. Refund initiated 25th jan and saying successfull .once account closed no money will be credited.
