andhra bank -ANDRA BANK CREDIT CARD

due to not delivery my new card on time payment got delayed as my card had unauthorised transaction but i received card very late coz of which bank applied charges which was not my fault i request to wave the charges but instead they added extra charge amount was 30000 approx but now it has increased to 5 lakh after several request i have received no proper help and my cibil is affecting which is affecting my life and mental peace .becoz of cibil i was rejected from bank job .
