Oriental Bank of commerce -BRC is not issued

Dear sir we are exporters and the bank is not uploading our BRC against export shippment becouse of which we are loosing our MEIS claims from last 2 years , even after had long meetings for several times and emailing them several times bank didnt did any working on it , we are totally fed-up of the bank and loosing our ROSL and MEIS CLAIMS from DGFT
