Product selled with less quality and no use-Less quality product

Last week i brought a vapouriser from pharma plus pharmacy shop.only 1 time i had used it with inadequate steam the next time i plug in the wire and switch on while a fire and sound from the switch board.there is luck to escape from the danger.and the very next i returned the item to the shop.they would simply avoided me.when i talked hardly and they agree to repair.but 1 week passed there is no information about from them.i tried to contact bt they were simply telling some escuses.
