Dyson company-Rs.42900 debited from our bank and transferred to Dyson account but Dyson is not acceptin

I had paid Rs.42900 to buy a product from dyson through google pay on 26th Feb,2021.Amount was immediately deducted from my account but dyson didnot receive it(dyson says so).Few days back my bank has tracked the money thoroughly and confirmed that money has gone into dysons account.But still dyson says that it has received no money and demands for a written email/letter about this,which however the bank denies to give
