Times of Yatra-Non Refund of booking amount

I had taken a package for 6 days /7 nights fr 2 persons in February 2019 since I intented to use same in my travel to Himachal Pradesh in May 2019. Requested for a stay of 3 days at one of the Hotels mentioned in their offer at Dalhousie but they reverted saying that they dont have a facility in Dalhousie.Same thing happened at other place(Khajjiar). I asked for a refund and was told that refunds will only happen after March 2020.Registered notices to their registered offices have returned
