Sneaker factory.in instagram page-Instagram page scam

Paid online to this page that claimed to be selling sneakers at a cheap rate. Seeing the huge number of followers and the previous customer feedback I got fooled and paid. After one week i noticed that the page was deactivated and I never received my order. Since it was a big page Im guessing 100s of people were scammed too. People shouldnt have the guts to be able to scam so openly and roam freely. I need my refund back please
