Lenskart-Payment deducted but order not done

I was book an appointment (#1230498995) on 02, OCT 2020 from Lenskart for my eye test, a person (Mob. 6387314525) from Lenscart come to my home for the eye checkup, after checking he show me some frame then I select a frame (AIR Signia LA E12861-C2) with hydrophobic Anti-Glare, for this I pay from my PayTM UPI, but order not shown in my Lenscart app then the Lenscart agent asked me due to some technical reason it could not be done, but dont worry Itll be done till evening.
