Moneyview -Loan foreclosed but still deducted EMI and not close the loan.

I have paid the Foreclosure payment O 24th July and mailed them with payment screenshot but moneyview not respond and update that payment to their system. Today they deducted EMI amount of 1831rs. I mailed them for refund but they are not responding. I want refund and close my loan account.
