Inquiry clerk & Station master OF Delhi Cantt railway Station -Mismanagement of Station

My sister aged 68 and sister in-law was travelling to Ajmer through train no. 09032 in class 2AC the display system at platform has not shown the right sequence before train coming to station due to which my sister has to jump on running train and get hurt while boarding the train and both the person Mr. Pooran Meena (SM) and Jagdish Singh inquiry clerk didnt admit to their mistake because of them we go through lot of mental harassment and physical uneasiness.
