Safety circle Pvt Ltd-Not paying my salary and Laptop expenses since two months

Hi Sir, I was working with safety circle from last 2.6 years.I manager given me threatened to fire me from job.So I ask him to quit the job.She forced me to do the same.I got my last salary after 1.5 months.My laptop was crashed in office but no one helped me to repair the laptop dont have a money to get new job.no amount they paid for using the laptop on official purpose. When I asked them for the salary they told they will after 90 days,but I was not aware about the policy. No documents signe
