Medclaim insurance about star health insurance-Medical issues

Dear sir/mam, I am sundaramoorthy I admitted in chettinad hospital kelambakkam on 30th of July 2020 and discharged on 8th of August 2020. Initially I paid 30000 rupees as a advance after that I applied cashless claim from star health insurance,than my claim approved from star health insurance for 97500 rupees. But from hospital side my refund not completed regarding this I contacted hospital insurance department but they said your settlement amount not received from star health insurance lik
