BURSTASTIC.IN-Order Confirmed but delivery not done

Respected sir, I parched an order online from Burstastic site Order No. #1444 on 2nd Feb-2021 amount Rupees 2999/= Only I checked My order Status Not Found . I sent an email at Burstastic help@burstastic.in but email revit continuously and said that address was not found. I think faurade done with me . kindly look into it matter.
