Goibibo-Online fraud

I made a booking for 2 days from 21st Jan to 23rd Jan 2021 in jaipur in hotel New Rockwell. When I arrived at the hotel the manager said me that they dont have a booking against my name, so I called the goibibo company, they said they are looking against the matter and resolve it in 10-15 minutes. I didnt get a call for 2 hours next till 11.00 pm so I had no choice other than to directly book a room at the same hotel for 1 day which costed me 1200 rupees. I want my refund for that
