Poorvika Mobiles Pvt. Ltd.-Skullcandy earphone not working

Invoice no:GSI/KILK/348,Date:15/05/2020.Bought skullcandy earphone in Poorvika.On 6/1/21 earphone right side isnt working,I missed interview too.Having bill detail called them,becos on purchasing day they said If any problem on product theyll give replacement.But they say bill not required but they need box.Is it possible to have small plastic box of earphone for 6 months? I asked the same.They tell couldnt do anything & repair.Product has 1 year warranty.I need a replacement for my earphone.
