Flipkart-Fraud pegion product delivered

I have ordered one pegion mannual chopper from flipkart xl size order no OD222245035048701000 but when i used it its lid is not working properly and it is also not of pegion as i have previously used pegion chopper and now they are not refunding the money back to me . Please see into this issue
