Flipkart and micromax-Warranty

My yureka yu mobile is in warranty period but customer service center replies that mobile spares are not provided by micromax company due to that model production was stopped by micromax company and job card was not raised by customer care service center. Flipkart and micromax company was asked hat jabcard then resolve the issue.
