Go air -Non refund of money

I had booked a flight ticket (Go air)on 22 of sept 2020.My flight was supposed to be on 19 of nov 2020, but due to some reasons ur flight was suddenly cancelled and we were left uninformed and this caused me to face many problems. My wife was 6 months pregnant and because we were left uninformed we(i, my wife and 5 years old son were forced to stay at the airport for long hours and thus we all were tested covid - 19 positive. Go air officials had promissed me to pay full refund(rupees 26973/-)
