Nykaa-Frud to sale used products

I had received used products from nykaa invoice no-NWH009349206- Nykbabla00017 . When I called its customer service their are not taken responsibilty & not provided any solution even though they are cut my pH in continuing talking. Never call me again. In covid situation their delivered used products and spread covid also & put my health in risk too. I want my refund in my account & take their products back asap.
