Air India-Refund air ticket

I had booked air ticket from Leh to Jammu on 27/04/2020 of amounting of Rs 4048/-(PNR No. Y1X1R) but due to spread of COVID-19 across the world,flight has been cancelled. I had already mail with Air India e-commerce but no any response received from their side. Then I visited Air India office to know about my ticket and they told me that your ticked has been refunded but neither amount has received in my account nor any intimation received.
