First cry.com-Wrong information of product discount & Shiping charges wrongly deducted

I had ordered mamy poko pants diapers from first cry .com by seeing discount on when ordering 2 times of the same product...but they sent only one quantity ,upon seeing this I cancelled the order but they deducted rate of 2 shiping charges instead of 1 ...& Now they are giving excuses that I had made order of only one quantity & shiping charges in my pin code 160047 is 250 instead of 124.5 But it is clearly showing for ordering 1 quantity shiping charges is only 124.5 for pin 160047
