Stayclassy.in-Product not received

I ordered a phone case from stayclassy.in on 14 dec 2020 and today is 27 dec2020 and I haven’t received it yet, there customer care no.is of no use, no one is answering. I also e-mailed them but they keep replying your order will be deliver in 7-9 days and you will get notification when it will be shipped But I still haven’t received any notification about my order
