Spicejet-Non refund of cancelled ticket

I have booked air ticket from spicejet for travel to kolkata to portblair on 16 May at the time of lock down (PNR RY5F4M). Spicejet cancelled the flight and which was kept on credit cell amounting of Rs18255.00 . After Supreme court order to refund full credit shell amount, spicejet is still not agreeing to refund the same as I talk to spicejet customer care they refuses to refund. Pls help me to refund my amount.
