Cleartrip Travels Pvt Ltd and Indigo Airlines - Cancelled tickets

Have booked round trips tickets on 29/10/2020 but on the the 30/10/2020, tickets have been cancelled from their end and refunded only half the amount. Since they have cancelled from their end, I should get a full refund of the amount paid. I have contacted both the parties but denied refunding the amount even though they have cancelled the tickets not me. TRIP ID - 201029935958 PNR No. - IK6UFW
