Paytm UPI App-Cashback has not been credited

During this Big Diwali Sale in Flipkart, there was a cashback offer, make a minimum payment of ₹250 via Paytm UPI, you will get an instant cashback of ₹25. On 18th October, I placed an order of ₹252 and make the payment via Paytm UPI (order id: OD126293343694740000). From 18th October, in Paytm App it is showing that "the cashback will be credited within 24 hours". But till now, I didnt get my cashback. I contacted the support teams several times, but they are not responding.
