Crossbeats-Defective Product

I bought a smart watch through their website on 10.09.22. Unfortunately, I received a defective product. Battery completely drains out within 5 to 6 hrs even without blue tooth connection. If BT call connected, watch will die within just 3hrs. In their advertisement they are claiming that battery will last for 10 days. But in my case not even half day for a normal usage. I wrote several emails to them with necessary documents and photos. But they are trying to make fool of us.
